Because I like to tag Staff... The truth is, only because I am desillusioned by Staff doesn't mean they SHOULDN'T investigate this type of behaviour. What's holding this trade forum together? Certainly not the cops watching us, but the common sense and trade honor that most people have here... Still, what happens when you don't tag Staff? "You get answers like "nobody told us." "Why didn't you tell us?" "We can't watch the forums all day." etc etc.
Ya none of this makes any sense. I think its why i picked my profile picture. For days like today reading stuff. Wanting to restore something like a graveyard by pulling a house doesnt make sense. Pulling the house and saying f it doesnt make sense. Messing with someone after a bo doesnt make sense. Probably some messed up back door deal. I may be a dick at times and love to pk but im still a person of their word. Its all we have. Thats the problem here. I say no one deal with this dude anymore. Don't you see many posts in this thread that can be interpreted that way and that are contradicting each other? First it's about being grandfathered, then the OP changes his mind anyway and says "fuck it, I am dropping it, whoever wants it, can have it", which actually seems to mean that he knows that it is replaceable. I think many posts here are misleading and might not be the truth. Third, "Post any bid or offer that you have no intention of following through with." Although this sounds like it's only covering the bidders part, it could also be applicable for any seller as the seller is proposing an offer: the buy-out offer. If he has no intention of following through it, it's definitely breaking the rules. In conclusion, I sum up: The fucking rules have been broken. It's fucking obvious. Fuck it.

Like I said in IRC last night.... Either the guy's mental stability is super fragile or he decided to back out, some of the points brought up here probably points it towards the latter though last night during all this I could have swore it was the former

And it only took a few posts. It persisted, even after the OP made the inner workings transparent. If you're searching for a conspiracy, if you genuinely can't fathom why what's happened has happened, if you're convinced that something is up or there's a scam afoot and so on, then I encourage you to watch this informational video:
He, I dont demand any bans or punishments. Because there is no proof if stupidity or ill intended trade rule breaking. However, without anybody looking at it, there will never be proof. If that quote was, what you were told in previous cases, One, then that's actually the much worse scandal imo. With this reasoning, anybody could do whatever he wants in here. I am no lawyer but I see that you are focussing on “scam“ in Charge 2 and trying to ignore the “mislead“. If the excuses for pulling out are fabricated and misleading, I'd say guilty! I fail to see where this had went to a personal level, the joke about an in game threat is not the same as a RL threat. I think you're interpretation the rules to your liking. Regardless of what the OP did with this house it was shady, I'm sorry you can't see this because you have some initial bias since the guy has a forum account at 2017. At this point I'm just going to check out of this thread because I have nothing more to add. If this chases a new player away they likely weren't going to stick around after they got pked the first time in game anyway
How could it not be personal despite the fact that you just remarked on this person's mental state only a few posts back? And that wasn't even the only attack. Bias? I have no play in any of this. I idly read the thread and, after getting a few posts in, it became exceedingly clear that the OP was harrassed.
I know I said I wouldn't respond anymore but just want to clear this up: I stated that he was either mentally fragile or something sketchy was going on. The guy went from 0 to 100 in like 4 minutes. At no point did I actually call him mentally fragile but gave it as an option. Also some people are mentally strong and some aren't, I don't think saying he is fragile is a personal attack, it the same as one person calling another sensitive. Additionally I have now said I think it's the latter as in I just think he's sketchy, which makes my first assumption of him incorrect and not pertaining to him

A few minutes? Check the timestamps. The dude was acting in good faith and the vets, regardless of their intent, alienated him with a flurry of negative posts. Not all of them contributed, of course, but it appears that most did. I think that most people would have been escalated by that. Also, 'fragile;' 'sensitive;' 'sketchy' -- these are all descriptions that are related to his person, they are all unsolicited, they were all brought out in the open by you, and it was done in a judgmental context. Besides, you didn't say he was sensitive -- you estimated that his mental stability was fragile. You may as well have said it. You basically called someone unstable for reacting to overt pressure from a group of seemingly powerful people. I'm unwatching this thread, but I'm happy to continue discussion in PM.
Can't tell exactly whats going on since OP erased his original post except that its 1 of the houses in nujelm. @BlackEye I was the original owner of the nujelm moongate house and sold it
