When you start a new character you start with locked New Player Gold
To unlock the gold, you can page a GM to unlock

Yes, New Player Gold was initially not locked in backpack

Aye, I believe there were some who abused it by creating chars over and over for the gold *rolls eyes*
The gold could be from the window when it was unlocked or perhaps it was unlocked after *shrugs*

Ahh makes sense. I don't do IDOCs.
