SB: 1mil BI: 100k BO: 3mil This house has served me very well, but I'm a nomad by nature, so I found myself moving to a similar setup on another island. First things first: This is a great L-shape on Dragon Isle. You'll find traffic is very quiet, except for the random tmapper. Spawn is light ... but is great if you like to collect some spined leather... and there's a good holiday spawn here (It's always nice to log in and find an elf battle mage outside). What makes this house unique? Well, the fact that it's an L-shape WITH FOUR FLOORS! For a fraction of the price, you can have more than all the lockdowns and secures of a fort (530 lockdowns and TWELVE (12) secure!!!!!!) .. but just as much living space! What more? The neighboring marble is included. A marble, you ask? What's the point?? Well, The marble can act as a patio with drop chests (screenshot below). It has served me very very well. Bonus: if you need to train a fisher, you can fish off the northern end of the house and hit 3 spots! House & Marble (all furniture/trophies will be removed, except for ladders and extra floors).
