Go to fire island Hyloth entrance... head east along mountain... you will come to an empty non spawning golem cave (shovels still work) you will see a large tower, the doors are propped open and a wall of small forges inside form the back wall of the trap. Can definitely hit 3 nodes from the roof. Tower should slide 1 tile to the left which may open more nodes I recently bought it for about 6m. Great house! I was never able to move it over on test but feel free to try. One of the nodes you can hit from the roof is valorite, I can't remember the other two. This a great combination of shovel mining in the cave and elemental mining from the roof. Would recommend!

I have no use for them really and will gve you a sweetheart deal on runes or houses. How lazy we talking? Could sell you ore. I'm putting mining on my peacemaker and testing smelting results at same time. Already kinda fucked cuz I didn't have a skill down for a bit.
