Yep. And potentially armor damaging capabilities (though rumor has it that's entirely broken here on *all* maces, though I haven't tested it).

My hunch is that there's a line of code for this item somewhere that can be changed to allow it to be treated just as a mace, maul, etc.

And I agree here - it's a mace not a sword. Although I was/am not aware that it is acting as a sword. I just don't have any swordsmen or macers right now.

I have done the test over a year ago and posted about this already, you will have to wait until after Trammel is added before anything pvp related is added.
