No idea who owns it, but I believe it had deco just a few weeks ago, which means someone cleaned it fairly recently. Great spot!

I don't know who owns this villa but the location looks great, I can see why you would want it. I'd also like to know who owns a villa under the name "Anti-Saint Real Estate" and am unable to get on discord due to email problems.
Found something for ya. Was browsing deep in the forums just to look at past houses that were for sale and to my surprise i found this thread.. https://uorforum.com/threads/wts-secluded-minoc-villa.11439/#post-98945 If info in that thread is accurate than Telamon placed that house so its a very rare spot and villa not even supposed to fit there. But its so perfect!
Assuming they are telling the truth about Telamon placing it. Not all houses place the same on Test, doesn't necessarily mean GM placement.
This does not require a gm to place it. Treehugger owned it a couple years ago then passed it off to geneK. Looks like ole' gene let it drop as it had quite a bit of deco while on refresh compared to that pic.
Yea I suspected it wasn't GM placed because it's giving me deja vu, I feel like I've seen a villa in this exact location on other shards.
