[sold] Golem Mining Workshop

Looking to auction this nice golem/mining workshop near the compassion cave. Winner will also recieve the contents of the house, which you can see in the picture.

it has 32 gargoyle pick axes, 35 iron gargoyle shovels, 19 dull copper gargoyle shovels, and 5 shadow iron gargoyle shovels

The ore shown in the journal, plus 1200 dull copper ingots, and 400 iron ingots, and the furniture

Auction ends: 24 hours from last bid ( this was edited, no other changes will be made)

While I am taking plat, I value gold higher thus an equal bid ammount that has a higher gold total will be accepted as new high bid. For example Joey offers 90k gold plus 1 plat for 100k total value, Billy offers 100k gold. While Joeys bid was first and of equal value Billy would become the new high bidder since his gold total is higher. Cheers and Good luck.

How does that stop people from sniping, right before the 30 minutes ? I get what you are saying, just not show how you make an auction that doesn't have sniping.

With the 24 hour timer after the last bid. Gives a guy 24 hours to decide if he wants to re-up

So if a bid stands for 24 hour then they win? So if someone waits 23 hours and 59 minutes then bids it goes another 24 hour?

If that's the common auction style I'm fine changing to it as long as @Duke Cannon is OK with it since he is top bidder.

I would be ok either way. An optional buyout is usually preferred by me but thats because im impatient lol. But I'm all for seller having his or her own rules on a thread. Damnit @One now you got me paranoid
