    Selling Tower South of Trinsic, on the grass, on the water's edge. Rare-to-No Spawn, secluded location with neighbor being a small house on the NE side of the tower that comes with it.

    I found this spot empty a while ago and eventually let it go because I could not for the life of me get a tower to place. Good job, and good luck with the sale.
