The only way (I believe) is to ping Telamon in Discord. Although, I think if you added an email address to your account, there's an automated way to do it... that part I'm not sure about.
Thanks! Retrieval system has no submit button on that page, for some reason? Not having luck on Discord either. I am trying to troubleshoot a lag issue I'm having also, where is the server hosted, anyone else getting 250+ ping?
