I think you've taken the wrong PR route for Gary. It's a losing combination, picking a lot of targets at once and declaring yourself a target. I thought it was more fun to make friends. And if you would like a military fan, you could go to the MID opponents guild and get allies at once and a lot. I doubt that those thieves who are with you will go against their friends from the MID.
