I don't know who this "shit neighbor" is, but I would definite go 1.6m on the west keep (2x deed)

I wouldn't say the market has changed just because Russell has pulled a ridiculous number out of his %&$.

I would imagine that the next fort on grass to go up for sale to see no less than 8M. I personally wouldn't sell a fort on ice/swamps for less than 5M.

With that said, I believe Russell actually has the right value on these keeps. They're on grass, guard line, no spawn, and near some very big hot spots. Considering I've seen some recent keep sales top 3M, I believe you're getting a good deal for these properties.

Not only that but consider the ownership history of this spread. Tater, HateCrime/Battlerattle/cr3w, Russell, Mutombo, bart probably has runes. The land is like a social superfund site that's not even remotely worth that much gold, at this time, otherwise he'd have some bids.

I just dropped the price quite a bit not even 10 minutes ago, give it time!

If the pair of keeps were 5m, I would still say that's a high starting bid but at least it's not excessive. 5m per for exceptionally insecure keeps, is unfathomable.

I blocked every tile but one in each keep never seen anyone recall in, on top of that you can always turn off courtyard recalling.

I have a keep that has never blocked a CY tile and I've never seen anyone other than the two people I let have runes, in my CY.
I don't think it's worth 5m.

I really dont see what all the debating is about, I didnt classify these as secure, I also never remember part of an auction being the "potential buyers" telling the seller what his stuff is worth... you either want it or you do not want it, really not that big of a deal.

Never said it was a big deal or that you claimed it was secure. Just trying to help you understand why there's no action, despite your new lowered price.
