    Bob's is in Swamp and OP said no swamp. No idea why people hate swamp best place to be, no PKs, zooks and event spawn.

    It's all good I appreciate the effort on Eskeleto's part to help me find something. :)

    It honestly comes down to aesthetics for me. I have always found the swamp locales and Dagger Island to be incredibly unappealing. I am hoping for something cool to come up for sale, eventually, so I am content to wait until such a property does.

    Doesn't Labeler have such a property on grass for sale on Marble Island or somewhere? I'm pretty sure I saw that advertisement posted in recent weeks.

    There's different places that have "blockers" everywhere. You might have some luck buying those up and placing it yourself?
