20-25 mil is fair price considering the housing market has only gone up. If that bubble hasn't popped, I don't see lowballing myself on anny mask or sandals as traditionally these sell for more than server births. The last one I sold was for 20 mil and wasn't an auction, I let the first person who offered buy them. The 60 mil buyout I put super high and with a 3 day end time frame just to give people time to see the post/bid. I don't expect it to reach anywhere near there, it was a random high number I knew wouldn't take an immediate buyout lol. I'll adjust the prices on the other items accordingly.
