Can't afford the 150+ mil auction of Arnold Lutz' retirement? Don't you worry, here's an auction that you can afford!

I hate auctions so I just want to get it all sold as is, so I don't have to worry about refreshing. The sale is for the Sandstone house south of Brit Gate, VERY close property and useful! I've found it great for a utility house, a screen or so away from the gate, and a minute run to Britain. Included in this sale is EVERYTHING in the house! (Except for me and my horse. That would cost you extra!)

-chest of various semi rares such as furs, bottles, candles, and valentines day roses

-2300 barbed hides

-a TON of runebooks, basically a small runelibrary with dungeons, towns, rares, hotspots and more

- probably more that I'm not remembering that's in here. After this post, I will log out on the porch until the house is sold.
