Well you know when you see someone pick something up off the ground a person can see it kind swoop up at the person who picked it up. I noticed that when rune books and picked up or placed other people see them as spell books when they are motion between floor and player. This is a pretty small bug nearly irrelevant, because lets be honest how often do you see another person pick up or place down a rune book.
This is due to the fact that the dragging animations only show non hued items. And runebooks are just hued spellbooks. So this would make sense.
