I'm debating on trying to GM resist with a trapped Wisp (or two) in my house. May need to get it to 55 with flame field first... will use cross healing via 3 characters. I figure with myself and two other characters I can deliver a heal every 2 to 3 seconds. Question is, has anyone tried this? Wisps seems to LOVE flamestrike, so it could be useful if I don't want to create a mage.
I recommend watching the player run events forum for the next resist gaining event. The other method people have used is to go to reaper valley north of minoc and stand just outside their range. Record a macro to step forward, attack reaper, if hits less than max, step back, heal.pause for long enough to heal up, repeat. It will help to also pause long enough for the reaper you are using to regen mana. That way it can ebolt and flamestrike. Still, the resist events would be the best option...usually roughly 2 a month I think.
