WTS: Log Cabin @ Ratman Valley

Highlighed in red is pretty much where all the ratman (mages/archers and regulars) spawn.

Someone offered me 800k by leaving a book on my step but had to back out because he bought a keep elsewhere. This is honestly a great spawn because the ratmen drop circa 300 gold coin each and can be killed by a pair of dragons in about 5 seconds. It's also not big hotspot, so you can guarantee hours of time to yourself and can make about 7k every 10-15 mins as well as an abundance of spined leather. The predominant spawn are archers and they drop between 12-30 arrows each which also sell for 7gp per arrow. Honestly, if I didn't get bored so easily I would have made over a mil in a week and god knows how many arrows.

Anyway, sorry for the life story lol... bidding rules below.
