    source Ultima Online Second Age Playguide (book form)

    "Braziers and statues may be imbued with the following enchantments: restoration, healing, curing, agility, cunning, strength, protection, blessing, summoning creature, greater healing, clumsiness, feeblemindedness, weakening, wounding, mage's bane (Mana drain), ghoul's touch (paralyzation), summoning air, fire, earth, water elementals, summoning deamons, cursing."

    Does this still hold true during the Renaissance time period?

    Boat map navigation "any map, including maps drawn by PCs with the Cartography skill, can be used to navigate on any body of water it shows?"

    Player crafted boats, is this feature work, or was it patched out prior to Renaissance?

    Thanks all.

    You folks doing great work,

    You are correct about the Brazier's but I am unsure as to how they functions during the Renaissance era.

    I vaguely remember being able to navigate from point to point using an ingame map, but I cannot remember if it was a secondary application or some ingame feature.

    As for crafted boats, that is a unique design for Renaissance. There were a variety of reasons they were converted to a craft able item, primarily to allow players to craft/buy/sell/trade them rather than a vendor selling a boat deed.

    With all the things you can craft in Ultima Online we never could understand why boats were not craftable. This is still in the test phase during the beta as we evaluate the system, however so far everyone seems to like the change, and players are already selling boat crafting services and boat deeds they created themselves.

    I remember the summoning-brazier in Deceit, randomly created 1 of any monster type when double-clicked. I vaguely remember talk of the spell-enchanted statues & braziers, though I personally never had any interaction with those. At the very least it would be an interesting feature to look into. Anybody with relevant information on the subject would be appreciated.

    I believe usage of maps with boats was an in-game feature since it was listed in the offical players guild hand book.

    I personally never used it.

    and wow, I think player crafted boats is a great idea. If a player is gm in all the skills required,will the boat bear the

    players gm mark. LOL

    thanks all :}

    We do not currently have the summoning aspects for the brazier in affect, however the region you speak of is already inhabited by daemons.

    The teleporter that is located inside the Yew Prison does exist, however the destination is not to the location quoted above, but instead will send you to a passage between the Old Lands & T2A.
