Great mining house for sale

I believe I paid 1m for it abut a year ago. On fire island. No snake or serpent or silvers spawn here. Great archer bot location if you have those.

I recently upgraded my mining location when I bought the mining house north of Britain.

Upgraded the secures on this small to 3. So 100 plat in upgrades. Everything but the archer platform will be removed from house.

Healer spawn close to house as well in case you die while mining.
