    Yet since everyone has the same capability to use it, there would be no real imbalance with it.

    That is true, but it's not a matter of balance. It is a matter of game mechanics, and the original mechanics were not designed to work with aid programs such as Razor. It removes skill based PVP (Even though some may consider setting up a macro to equip teleport ring macros a skill) and becomes, well... World of Warcraft PVP :)
