Propably one of the best Vendor spots available and with some work and a little bit of love you can turn that spot into something pretty awesome.

Unfortunately i will soon be on a trip until mid. october (2.5 months) otherwise i would be very interested in that property.

I made a ton of money here. If I didn't have another project brewing I would love to have it again. Worth every bit of what peace is asking.

My main vendor shop keeps me busy enuf, but if there are no takers, I am gonna start putting out reg packs here. Its quick and easy for me and should sell well

I used to live in the houses across the street and I always envied this location.

I dunno about 2m, I bought a house that's 1 screen from this sm tower, also on the road, for like 150k. This sm tower isn't visible from the moongate using either of the clients screen resolutions. Not to shit on your parade or anything...

Don't worry, I am immune to shit parades.

I let an l-shape and sandstone go idoc real close too. House is on the correct side of the road and close enuf to the moongate to warrant my asking price.

But if NO ONE else feels that way, I am good with it too. I will just keep it and run vendors out of it.
