That is why I don't understand the housing market here. I guess it's what economists would call an "inefficient" market since population isn't in the thousands. But it's crazy to me that I was the only bidder on that small tower in Minoc. Basoosh had a house the other day, a small tower alone on the peninsula near Vesper, that he couldn't seem to sell for like 50-100k above deed. It was an amazing spot; if I was more actively playing, I would have snapped it up immediately.

Jack, I will be opening up the house soon I think. I just need to settle on a deco idea for the second floor. And find a safe place to park my characters.

Well, that makes it an inefficient market, right? Or maybe I'm butchering the term, I dunno.

The upside of all of these different avenues of pursuit is that it's less likely that a bunch of people are pursuing the same thing as you. I certainly enjoyed getting the Minoc Valley house for 1/15th the price of a green tribal mask.
