Technically you can do whatever you want with your auction, there are no rules enforced on this forum (except whe you call people out on their bullshit, then your post gets deleted)

Usually staff response is "avoid dealers that have bad reputation" so you know which guild auctions to avoid most of the time

In the auction post it says I will accept private buy out offers, this is to respect the price and identity of the buyer if they choose.
