If you placed a blocker in front of the large brick and gave it a bigger front lawn it might actually be worth more. I know people want secluded large bricks
I wouldn’t think it would sell for more but I guess it could be worth more profit as I could redeed and sell back the LT. When I bought this it was a large patio and a 2 story L. Swapped in the brick for the 2 story and then went on test and realized the tower would fit. At the time of this post there was someone looking for a LT on the water so I thought they would be interested. It’s a nice location for whatever configuration people want. For now I will keep it the way it is but I appreciate the different perspectives.
Towers sell for 1 Mil on average. This is on water with a storage home behind it. It's priced right but I think everyone is locking up their money for anniversary extravaganza
I can't say for sure as I never tried. It looks like it might fit if you bring it up a tile or two to get away from the tree in the back, but I can't swear to it as there are some shrubs close by in the front.
