    Mostly for Nostalgia, back in the day I used to own a house on this spot. Want to recreate a bit of that old feeling again. I used to own the house on the right side of the entrance here, but it just wasn't the same feeling

    LMK if you own it & want to sell or if you know who does..

    It's funny u say u want it for nostalgia because I owned this same spot on Atlantic on osi back 97-2000. It's the reason I knew it would fit there. What's your offer?

    :) mine was actually a bit closer and placed through non-conventional means :)

    Whats nostalgia worth to you? :) Small tower over yonder still hasn't hit SB @ 250k...

    Annnnd now i'm watching this thread too. I owned the spot next to it on Napa and the guy was a douche. Nostalgia = -10k of the deed.

    ROFL - Love all the armchair quarterbacks :)

    I used to own the house right at the entrance here. Ran vendors our of it. Got a good idea what they can and do pull in.

    We can take this to PMs if you like Ebola, but I will offer 500k for it publicly :)
