Half of the proceeds of this sale will go to Jupiter, which he can use for events or maybe buying an arsenal of shepherd's crook slayers. He may not be playing now (he comes and goes, I know). In that case the gold will go to Xeg or someone else I believe we both trust for safe keeping. Comes with: spawning camp (you can kill thanksgiving and other event monsters from the safety of the roof), (2) 50 plat lockdown upgrades (from 425 to 475), some house addons (roof ladders, smithy, tailoring, some pentagrams and whatnot). Haha, I know! I'm not a fan of keeps in general, but the way it sits with the shoreline makes this one stand out from the rest. I thought of seeing if I could make a cozy home out of the otherwise cold stone building.
This is such a great spot. I had a keep here on another server for a long time. If you like privacy this is a top 5 keep spot imo. If I didn't already have my barbie dream home I would have been all over it.
