I just want to put this out there - this is a really nice place. It is secluded in its own clearing surrounded by woods, but at the same time it is very close to the moongate and not far from the town/guard line and the Britain PvP Arena (you can walk to either in a few seconds). There is not really any monster spawn in the immediate area, but there are 3 NPC camp spawns not too far away which makes holiday events or gaining Compassion easy. Also, I would be your neighbor (well, closest neighbor anyway!)
