Those are all fort blockers, and the owners are well aware. If you are looking for a seaside patio, you're looking in the wrong place. If you are trying to place a fort, good luck. Its gonna be a loooooooong ride.

Get yourself a deed and hit the road, you may get lucky and find a spot for a patio or log cabin. There are spots for SST or smalls.
