Probably one of the sweetest houses to come up for sale! This Fortress has been my home for sometime, I don't believe its ever been on the market, and i doubt it will ever come onto the market again and with CUB around the corner why wouldn't you want to buy this perfectly located fort, the Flagship of Turtle bay with access to the duel pits and moongate! I cannot speak of the CY security, but i have never had an issue, and ensure all runes that i have created will be disposed of immediately after sale.
Terrible salesman. Didnt even mention any awesome neighbors you have. Pssh. Good luck with it man, definitely one of the best locations for a fort. Duel pit moongate is sweet to have for easy travel.
