I remember something on OSI during UO:R where a jeweler in Magincia spawned occasionally wearing them and had to be lured out of guard zone and killed in order to get them. I think it would be a great add. Maybe even rarer then OSI had them.
This is correct, although the exact NPC on which they originated seems to vary based on player reports and research. Some reports are that it was the artist in Britain. However our players are correct they are currently available as a BOD reward here.
