How do you recall/mark in Wind?

I see people do it all the time, but I cant for some reason.

Can't mark inside Wind. Only at entry point outside. Can recall out, not in.

Also, can not gate out.

Is there a vendor in Wind that will buy weapons?

I have never been able to recall out of wind.

I didnt think I could either until I tried it after this thread and it worked.

You can’t gate. Should have no problem recalling out.

Is there a reason for not being able to gate out?

This. Without it you could have people entering that dont meet the magery requirement. Wind has always been fickle.

Can't recall out near the Nightmare spawn, I think.
