If you need time to liquidate assets to honor your winning bid, I can work with the winning bidder for 2 weeks with an agreed down payment. Forfeiture of down payment on day 15. I've owned both of these, the WYNB I won in a dice game upgrayedd had, then I transferred it to Peace, then later Peace sold me the tower which ended up being sold back to him. You wont find a better house combo, both are so convenient for anything from banking, vendors, access to town/gate, etc. This is a once in a lifetime sale, so you guys should def jump on it.
You guys would spend 30 mil on outfits straight out of "The Birdcage" These houses are far more valuable, infinitely more bad ass, and as stated before, a once in a lifetime opportunity. If I had the gold, I'd buy it 30 mil easy, then put guard dogs outside to keep you peasants off of my front lawn. The tower is a vendor mall just waiting to be a one stop shop and deco'd to the hilt. The log cabin has more uses than you can shake a stick at as well. There's my 2nd endorsement. I'm shocked you guys aren't trying to snap this up. Gideon you could put down a tower on the guard line if you bought them then have a tower tower bank combo, making for the most bad ass set of houses on UOR.
Being able to bank from inside the house opens up lots of possibilities. Think about how you can dump all your craftables directly into bank box for easy selling, etc
