why would the price of cbds go up with everyone getting them for free? 150k? Please share what y'all are shmokin
Simple supply and demand. Yes, supply has dramatically increased, but so has demand. Not everyone who got a highly sought after piece of clothing (either by luck of the draw or purchase) also received a clothing bless deed. However, there is a much greater motivation to pay top dollar for a CBD to bless a pair of anniversary sandals than there is to bless some other more mundane piece of finery. Therefore, despite the overall supply increasing, the demand has gone up exponentially. And, as a result, so has the price. As soon as the demand stabilizes (2-3 months at most) the price will renormalize at a lower point.
my anny bags were full of garbage fourth year running I know it doesn't pertain to this thread, but it's a random drive by jeremiad congrats to those who got lucky! Ps. 80-150k for a CBD isn't a bad investment considering
I've got a pair of 4th anniv sandals up for auction now that are worth a lot more blessed than they would be unblessed. And the difference in value is WAAAYYYYY more than 150k.
Not sure that's accurate. Anyone dropping mils on sandals could give two shits about a hundred k or so, trust me. Also worth noting, there has been precedent for people holding a higher value on rare unblessed sandals/masks because they intend to deco with them and it's cooler that way. I wonder if @AlexCCCP even blessed them yet...
Wow.... That's some insane bidding. I hadn't even considered using sandals as a decoration. I was thinking just from the wearing a cool looking outfit standpoint. *chuckles* Although, I suppose they would look pretty hanging from a wall or something.... Just seems to me that sandals were made for feet.... feet that have places to walk to, things to do, people to see. Stories to tell....and memories to make. And how do you put a price on that? *bows with a flourish*
soooooooo its like christmas, its the same day every year, but yet every year everyone waits till the last minute to clog up the stores and roads so they can pay more for stuff they could have got all year. I see now....that makes....perfect sense.........
I get where you're coming from here, but the bottom line is simple, no pun intended. If you don't want to pay 150k for a CBD, then don't. Don't worry, others are willing to do so in your place.
You do your Christmas shopping in like... real stores? Physical locations? Well there's your problem! Welcome to the internet. Hope you enjoy your stay. PS. Retailers are notorious for being aware of the holiday season, and releasing the "best" goods (Games, Toys, you name it) right around then.... so your "pay more for stuff they could have got all year." statement is practically completely bogus.
